Terms of Service

We understand things come up during your trip that are unavoidable.  Please call us at 808-990-7776 if you need to make changes to your reservation.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  You must call 24 hours in advance of your reservation during normal business hours to request a change.  Because we have reserved a specialized instructor for you there is a $25 change fee per person for each change we make to accommodate you.  

There are no refunds.  As a courtesy we will do our best to change to a day/time that works better with your schedule.

Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged full charge with no option for rescheduling.

HYPR Hawaii reserves the right to cancel any lesson at any time due to weather conditions or surf conditions.  If a change is required there will be no rescheduling fee charged.

Disclaimer:- We cannot control the weather, the waves can either be too BIG or too Small at the specified time of the lesson. Mother nature can change RAPIDLY and is ultimately in charge of the schedule, therefore you need to FLEXIBLE we will reschedule your lesson for a better time of day or another day. If you choose not to accept, we will administer a 50% refund. It is BEST to schedule your lesson at the BEGINNING of the stay in Hawaii to allow for weather variations. If you book it for the last day of your vacation and HOPE that it will work, it probably will NOT before you have to leave Hawaii.
