Disclaimer: We cannot control the weather, the waves can either be too BIG or too Small at the specified time of the lesson. Mother nature can change RAPIDLY and is ultimately in charge of the schedule, therefore you need to FLEXIBLE we will reschedule your lesson for a better time of day or another day. If you choose not to accept, we will administer a 50% refund. It is BEST to schedule your lesson at the BEGINNING of the stay in Hawaii to allow for weather variations. If you book it for the last day of your vacation and HOPE that it will work, it probably will NOT before you have to leave Hawaii. "No Show Policy": If we mutually confirm your reservation by text, phone or email and secured by a valid credit card and you are UNABLE to make the appointment, you will be charged the full amount.  We require a minimum of 24 hours notice PRIOR to the appt. time for a 100% refund. Since, we scheduled our instructors and blocked your time slot so that no one else may use it.
